Would anyone on the list be able to provide me with what would be recommend to Sex Offender Treatment Providers regarding qualifications needed for examiners to conduct PCSOT. Ie; if I were looking to work up some spec's for a contract.

Any links to samples of Requests For Proposals (RFP's) would be great

This would include any differences if any in Post Conviction, Parole, Probation Treatment of Sex Offenders vs Civil Commitment of Violent Sex Offenders

Here is the link for Arizona State's juvenile PCSOT requirements. I used to have the link for adult PCSOT, but I can't find it.

I used to have a contract with the State of Oregon for PCSOT. You can contact Oregon OMAP (on the web) and they will send you their RFP, I am sure. Since I went back to work for a police department, I haven't paid much attention to contract stuff.
